Hellraiser Subtitles Arabic WORK

I have been flicking through the movies in the "up to 50% off" sale and as a hearing impaired person I need subtitles. I noticed tons of movies just didn't have them: nightmare before Xmas, matrix trilogy, rocky horror picture show, hellraiser trilogy, spiderman 2... The list goes on. Why are they missing? The dvd and blurays of all these have subtitles.
